    This was the best Hardee's experience I've ever had. I can't do tomato, but love the Frisco. They left it off, the bread was actually toasted, and the bacon was crispy. Service was excellent-nice, polite, and quick. Thanks!

    I understand how hard it is working in fast food and restaurants. Trust me. But this was by far the worst customer service I've ever been exposed to in my life. There was no personality, no smile or smirk, no sympathy for our wait, no you're welcome and an attitude. The only reason I'd give her an excuse is that It did seem she was running the front by herself so I thank her for trying. It's not hard to seem at least a bit happy when you're dealing with a customer service job. I won't be back.
